Job Summary:

We need confident, independent, self-starters with a desire to work in a fast-paced environment. Must have an urgency to keep jobs on schedule, communicate issues and be able to thoroughly follow up.

JOB DUTIES

· Handles inbound warranty calls and emails from clients

· Effectively communicates warranty coverage in a positive and profesional manner

· Schedule all phases of jobs methodically, and confirm schedule dates

· Monitor repair orders to ensure repairs are completed

· Track receipt of money to ensure that all money is received when due

· Daily communication with subcontractors

· Daily communication with the job superintendents

· Daily communication with clients

· Ability to prioritize job schedules based on time in construction

· Capable of assuming responsibility for issues and following through

· Friendly, talkative, and positive communication skills

· Scan and upload construction plans and other documents

· Print all documents required for superintenden

· File warranty claims for equipment related issues

· Maintain schedules for the warranty technicians

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

· · High school graduate or equivalent

· · Computer skills a must-Use of Word, Outlook, and Excel necessary

· · Excellent communication skills

· · Exceptional time management skills

· · Outstanding organizational skills

· Ability to work independently, and at a fast pace to meet time sensitive schedules

Work hours 7AM-4PM

Hourly $21-$22

Pay: $43,855.93 - $45,760.00 per year
