With over 45 years of experience in the swimming pool industry, Hughes Pools and Spas is one of the most trusted pool and spa dealers in Alabama. We are looking for a full-time retail sales manager for our Montgomery, Alabama location. Join our team and become a summer fun expert!
Responsibilities
- Achieves financial objectives
- Ensure excellent customer service is provided
- Maintain inventory control, making sure that the store’s merchandise is properly displayed and tagged.
- Manages and trains sales personnel, ensuring the assigned retail store is clean and attractive, meeting or exceeding sales goals.
- Makes certain that all company policies and procedures are followed.
- Communicate effectively with customers to determine needs.
- Consistently demonstrate excellent leadership and coaching skills by inspiring, engaging, and motivating the team to succeed.
Job Qualifications
- Must have strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Able to manage multiple projects while working in a fast-paced retail environment.
- Minimum of 3 years of management experience required
