As a Marketing Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in developing and executing strategic marketing initiatives to drive brand awareness and attract new patients. You will collaborate closely with our team of medical professionals and administrative staff to position our clinic as a top choice for plastic surgery services in the Miami area.

Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to promote our plastic surgery clinic and its services

- Conduct market research to identify target audiences and market trends

- Create and manage digital marketing campaigns across various platforms, including social media, email marketing, and website content

- Generate creative and engaging content for online and offline marketing materials, including blog posts, newsletters, brochures, and advertisements

- Monitor and analyze marketing campaign performance metrics, making data-driven decisions to optimize campaign effectiveness

- Collaborate with graphic designers, photographers, and videographers to create visually appealing marketing assets

- Maintain and update the clinic's website and social media profiles with fresh and relevant content

- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in plastic surgery marketing

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field

- Proven experience as a Marketing Specialist or similar role, preferably in the healthcare or beauty industry

- Strong knowledge of digital marketing techniques, including SEO, SEM, social media marketing, and email marketing

- Proficiency in marketing software and tools, such as Google Analytics, social media management platforms, and email marketing platforms

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
