.Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our team. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing various projects from initiation to completion. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure project success and deliverables are met.

Duties:
- Develop and execute project plans, including scope, timeline, budget, and resource allocation
- Coordinate and communicate project objectives, progress, and updates to stakeholders
- Identify and manage project risks, issues, and dependencies
- Implement change management strategies to ensure smooth project transitions

• Previous experience in construction management or other related fields
• Familiarity with construction management software
• Strong leadership qualities
• Strong negotiation skills
• Deadline and detail-oriented
• Buildertrend experience a plus

- Apply quality management principles to ensure project deliverables meet established standards
- Collaborate with product management teams to align project goals with overall business objectives

- Facilitate effective communication among team members and stakeholders

Skills:
- Proven experience in project management, preferably in a similar industry
- Strong knowledge of change management principles and practices
- Familiarity with Six Sigma methodologies for process improvement
- Solid understanding of quality management principles
- Previous experience in product management is a plus
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

REQUIRED EDUCATION:

-Minimum High School Diplome.

-Bachelor's degree in Construction or Engineering Preferred

-Valid Driver License as driving is an essential function for this position.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:

-2 to 4 years of experience in construction management.

-General knowledge of municipal permitting and regulations

-General knowledge of building codes.

-Strong knowledge of construction-related scheduling software

-Computer skills.

Demonstrated commitment to customer satisfaction

-Ability to control cost overruns and manage a budget.

Pay: $60,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
