KEY ACCOUNT ADMINISTRATIVE SUPPORT

IN FRANKLIN, MASSACHUSETTS USA

RESPONSIBILITIES

Organize and complete all customer reporting documentation for product quality.
Gather and compile various production process stages for compliance.
Maintain data in customer portal.
Lead communication regarding customer related projects to internal and external teams.
Create and communicate processes standardization.
Promote and suggest efforts on process improvement.
Assist sales and finance team with invoicing.
Contribute to the customer and team success with a vested interest.
Other duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS

Previous experience in administrative role
Aptitude for Science, Technology, Engineering and Math
Effective time management and organizational skills.
Strong written and verbal communication skills
High attention to detail with effective problem solving.
Proficiency in the use of the MS Windows (word, excel, outlook); previous experience with SAP or other MRP system a PLUS.
Must meet the requirements under ITAR - US Citizen or Green Card Holder
