Planned Development & Construction is Hiring an Executive Assistant Near Deer Park, IL

Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and professional Executive Assistant to support our executive team. The ideal candidate will have exceptional communication and organizational skills, as well as the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously. This is a full-time position with competitive pay.

Responsibilities:
- Manage the front desk, greeting visitors and directing them to the appropriate personnel
- Provide personal assistant support to executives, including managing calendars, scheduling appointments, and making travel arrangements
- Maintain and organize files, both physical and digital, ensuring easy retrieval of documents
- Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries with professionalism and excellent phone etiquette
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients and stakeholders
- Coordinate projects and assist with project management tasks as assigned
- Perform general clerical duties such as data entry, photocopying, and scanning documents
- Utilize software programs such as Microsoft Outlook Calendar and phone systems to manage appointments and communicate effectively
- Assist with document signing using platforms like DocuSign

Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an executive assistant or in a similar role
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other relevant software programs
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team
