We are currently looking for a dynamic, self-driven individual that has a passion for delivering top quality customer success. The primary function of this role is to onboard new customers, create product stickiness and ultimately retain customers of the PlanHub Network. This is accomplished by executing on proactive, reactive and strategic customer success processes. Candidates must have strong operational expertise, customer relationship skills, excellent oral and written skills and the ability to work in a "fast paced" environment. Candidates must be self-driven individual that’s comfortable with various customer onboarding and territory management motions. What you'll be doing to make an impact:

  • Onboarding New general contractors and to drive immediate product usage
  • Onboarding New sub-contractors to ensure greater and immediate success
  • Manage various customer centric motions regarding cancelations and renewal processes
  • Manage and use CRM to document, record and report on individual performance
  • Review, approve and track projects for quality assurance
  • Identify usage trends up/down of general and sub-contractors of assigned territory and initiate solution plan to drive customer success

What you'll need to be successful in this key position:

  • 1 years of customer success experience
  • Excellent CRM activity tracking & documenting skills
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • The ability to work independently and in a collaborative team environment
  • Experience using HubSpot, Churn Zero, preferable
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Experience working within the construction industry is a plus
