Plamondon Hospitality Partners is Hiring a Sales Coordinator Near Frederick, MD

Our Sales Coordinator is responsible for acting as the primary resource for the operational and administrative functions for the Home2 Suites by Hilton Grovetown, GA sales office.
Responsibilities:
  • Performs inside sales activities including responding to inquiries regarding hotel services, booking and coordinating group-related business and sourcing new business leads.
  • Act as the primary resource for the operational and administrative functions for group block management including building room blocks, managing group inventory, billing, pre-arrival, and post-departure tasks as required.
  • Conduct weekly sales meetings in conjunction with the Director of Sales and Marketing.
Requirements
  • Related college degree required or substitute equivalent sales experience preferred.
  • Working knowledge and experience using Microsoft Office products including Word, Excel, Outlook, and ability to learn property management system.
  • Ability to perform the physical aspects of the job including sitting, bending, climbing, standing, reaching, and walking for up to 90% of the workday and lifting and carrying up to 60 lbs.
  • Must possess a valid driver’s license, proper insurance coverage, a reliable vehicle for business-related travel.
