We’ve been serving our members for over 100 years No Sundays – 37.5 hour work week Bi-Weekly Pay – Plus a Monthly Incentive Plan based on your individual performance Over 3 weeks of paid time accrued during the first year Complimentary AAA Premier level membership What we can offer you: Convenient Store Hours: Monday – Friday, 8AM to 6PM, and Saturday, 8AM to 3PM Competitive pay starting at $18.00/hour, based on experience and location Medical, Dental, Vision and Prescription coverage 8 Paid Holidays Paid time off to volunteer Tuition reimbursement 401(K) plan with company match up to 7% The primary duties of the Tag & Title Coordinator are: Process driver’s license and vehicle registration applications Provide advice and answer questions on licensing and registration policies and procedures Serves as the lead and mentor of title clerks and oversee that title process is being completed accurately Consistently up-sell/cross-sell AAA products including new memberships, credit cards, and insurance referrals Answer incoming overflow calls for Roadside Assistance during high call volumes Minimum Qualifications: Have a high school diploma/GED Minimum of one (1) year of tag and title work; eighteen (18) months is preferred Minimum of three (3) years of sales/customer service experience Have effective communication skills both written and oral Proficient computer skills including the ability to multitask in several websites and programs Working knowledge of Motor Vehicle Title system preferred Notary Public designation or the ability to successfully obtain and maintain a Notary Public designation with six (6) months of employment Must maintain a satisfactory criminal history, as well as meet all state-specific legal requirements for this job.
