Position: Front Desk Associate
Location: Fairfield Inn by Marriott Cumberland, MD
Shift: Evenings, weekends, and holidays. 3:30 PM - 11:30 PM
As a Front Desk Associate with us, you will be at the forefront of guest interactions, managing bookings, addressing inquiries, and providing exceptional customer service. Your duties will include:
- Warmly welcoming guests upon arrival, ensuring they feel valued and appreciated throughout their stay.
- Managing guest bookings according to company guidelines, including efficient check-in and check-out processes, answering phones, and handling financial transactions accurately.
- Coordinating effectively with all hotel departments to address guest requests promptly and efficiently, ensuring their needs are met.
- Taking on additional duties as assigned by the management team to contribute to the smooth operation of the property.
- Performing physical tasks such as sitting, bending, climbing, standing, reaching, and walking for up to 90% of the workday, as well as lifting and carrying up to 60 lbs.
