Description: This position requires you to safely provide maintenance and preventative maintenance of presses, material laminator, dye cutters and other large manufacturing machinery.

Responsibilities Include:

• Prepare and calibrate machinery for printing and other tasks
• Examine and interpret blueprints and sketches for equipment
• Calibrate and conduct repairs and modifications on machinery
• Follow all safety protocols
• Ensure proper maintenance, safety, and functioning of all equipment
• Maintain all production equipment to ensure their operation is safe and in proper operating condition. This includes both mechanical and minor electrical repairs
• Troubleshoot equipment and process issues as necessary.
• Perform preventative maintenance on all production and support equipment
• Participate with peers and supervisors in addressing problem areas, implementing of corrective and preventive actions, planning methods, and operating procedures

Education / Experience Required:

• High school or equivalent education.
• Minimum of three to five years of machine repair and industrial electrical experience in a manufacturing setting is required
• Available to work evening or night shift
• Experience with industrial electrical, pneumatics, and hydraulics
• Strong troubleshooting skills and being able to diagnose machine problems.
• Computer skills
• Excellent communication, organizational, and multi-tasl‹ing sl‹iIls to coordinate schedules with machine operators and troubleshoot problems.
• Knowledge of flexographic packaging is helpful in properly maintaining machines and equipment.

Skills / Abilities:

• Ability to lift 50 pounds or less.
• Operate a forklift, roll clamp lift, powered or un-powered pallet hand jack
• Ability to stand and/or walk continuously, twist/turn, climb, crawl, reach above shoulder, and type/keyboard frequently during the assigned shift.

• 8-hour shift 3pm-11pm Mon-Fri
• 8-hour shift 11pm-7am Sun-Thur
• Weekend availability
