PLACERS is Hiring a Full Charge Bookkeeper - Part Time Near Castle, DE
We seek a skilled part-time Full-Charge Bookkeeper/Accountant to join our esteemed multi-entity client in New Castle, DE. The selected candidate will oversee financial operations in this role while utilizing QuickBooks Desktop software.

The ideal candidate will showcase proficiency in various tasks, including
- managing memorized transactions
- preparing and refining Profit and Loss statements
- overseeing Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP)
- reconciling financial statements
- efficiently managing the process of requesting and tracking certificates of insurance.
- responsibilities encompass tax report preparation
- revising specialized contracts
- handling email correspondence
- managing some selected phone calls

Requirements:
-Minimum of 5 years experience as a bookkeeper for a multi-entity company.
- Demonstrated proficiency in managing memorized transactions, financial statements, and reconciliations.
- Proficiency in QuickBooks - desktop version.
- Experience in AP and AR processes.
- familiarity with monthly and quarterly tax reporting.
- track certificates of insurance, .
- Excellent communication skills essential for obtaining necessary information and collaborating effectively.
- Keen attention to detail and accuracy, with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Proficiency in analyzing financial data to inform decision-making processes.
