We are seeking an experienced Architectural Project Manager for a growth opportunity to work on commercial and industrial projects.
Responsibilities:
- project point person and for the Client, Principals, and all discipline personnel working on the project
- primary responsibility for the projects’ financial success, quality of documents, delivery of service to the client, and schedule performance.
- administrator for the Consultant Agreement and applicable Sub-Consultant Agreements.
- initiates project start-up, manages document preparation, and coordinates construction administration activities.
- communicates and documents scope of work changes by the client, and with assistance from the Program Manager negotiates added fee and approval for them.
Qualifications & Course Requirements:
- BS, BA or MA in Architecture from an accredited educational program.
- Must have demonstrated competency in the subjects of Building and Accessibility Codes.
- Must have demonstrated proficiency in procedures for production of design development and construction documents, architectural planning, detailing, building materials and construction means and methods.
- Proficient in AutoCAD and Revit
- Self-motivated and demonstrated ability to take initiative and function with minimal supervision.
- Must have demonstrated strong communication and organizational skills.
- minimum 7 years of successful experience in managing multiple, multi- disciplined complex projects or multiple small projects.
- Professional registration preferred
