Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Manager to join our team. Someone who is expecting to grow with our company, learn skills and increase their pay year after year. As a Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our establishment, ensuring exceptional customer service, and maintaining high standards of food safety and quality. If you have a passion for the culinary industry, excellent leadership skills, and a strong background in restaurant management, we would love to hear from you.
Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of the restaurant's operations, including food preparation, service, and cleanliness.
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
- Train and supervise staff members to deliver exceptional customer service.
- Create employee schedules and manage shift rotations effectively.
- Monitor inventory levels and place orders for supplies as needed.
- Collaborate with the culinary team to develop new menu items and specials.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional manner.
- Maintain a positive work environment and foster teamwork among staff members.
- Implement strategies to increase sales and profitability.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in restaurant or hotel management is required.
- Strong knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices.
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Proven track record in delivering exceptional customer service.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Proficiency in shift management and scheduling software is preferred.
- Culinary background or knowledge is a plus.
