This is a family style restaurant that is a high-paced job with many moving parts. We are looking for an ideal candidate to help us grow our brand and company. We're not looking to hire a person to hand all our problems to, rather, we're looking for someone to rebuild with; to support all agreed upon maneuvers necessary to get the restaurant back on track. This Restaurant Manager will be working closely with the GM and Operators to solidify the re-opening post pandemic.

The duties are typical to most restaurant management. We will focus on customer and employee satisfaction. As the rebuild continues, you will be responsible, but not limited, for the following,

• Leading the team on the floor and creating memorable experiences for our guests
• Hiring, training and scheduling the team and holding them accountable to our highest standards
• Food and beverage inventory and ordering
• Ensuring the highest quality of food and beverage product at all times
• Checking in with guests to gauge their experience with us

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
