Your role as a Front of House Specialist at Pizzaiolo Primo is extremely important to our success. You must be efficient to successfully complete your tasks. Welcome guests in a warm and friendly manner. Seats guests and manages Open Table. Monitors restaurant activity to determine seating and dining flow. Responds to guest inquiries and requests in a timely, friendly, and efficient manner.

General Job Guidelines/Responsibilities

· Must be able to assist guests and possess great guest relations skills.

· Ability to work positively in a fast-paced environment.

· Ability to stand/walk and stay focused and alert for extended periods of time.

· Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.

· Ability to work effectively within a team.

· Ability to effectively communicate on the telephone.

· Professionally answer phone taking reservations and/or messages

· Experience using Open Table, or a similar restaurant-reservation seating system is a plus but not required

· Pleasant, friendly demeanor

· Engaging in friendly conversation as you seat guests in a timely fashion

· Maintaining a clean and organized front desk

· Basic housekeeping skills including wiping down counters, dusting, windows, etc.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $11.00 - $15.00 per hour

Expected hours: 12 – 40 per week
