Summary:We are seeking a dynamic CRO Lead to spearhead our Pizza Hut Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) team. As the driving force behind our CRO initiatives, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the online journey of millions of customers. Your expertise in user behavior, data-driven decision-making, and relentless pursuit of excellence will help elevate our digital platforms to new heights, turning visitors into loyal customers.

Responsibilities:

• Strategic Leadership: Guide the CRO team by defining and executing a visionary CRO strategy that aligns with Pizza Hut's ambitious digital growth objectives.
• Roadmap Development: Craft, maintain, and communicate a clear, strategic CRO roadmap, setting the direction for our optimization efforts and ensuring they contribute to our overall business goals.
• Collaborative Partnerships: Serve as the CRO ambassador, fostering strong, productive relationships with cross-functional teams to drive cohesive strategies and maintain organizational alignment and support.
• Experimentation and Optimization: Champion a culture of experimentation, leading the design and execution of A/B tests and other optimization initiatives that refine the user experience and boost conversion rates.
• Data-Driven Insights: Transform complex data into actionable insights, developing strategies that are informed by rigorous analysis and a deep understanding of customer behavior.
• Innovation and Industry Leadership: Stay ahead of the curve, integrating the latest CRO tools and practices into our strategy, ensuring Pizza Hut remains a leader in digital experience optimization.
• Team Development and Management: Cultivate a culture of excellence and continuous improvement within the team, managing resources efficiently and inspiring your direct reports and agency partners to achieve their best.

Requirements:

• Proven track record with at least 3 years in a managerial role within CRO and 8 years of hands-on experience in digital optimization.
• Mastery of experimentation and personalization platforms (e.g., Optimizely, VWO, DynamicYield).
• Profound knowledge of digital analytics (preferably Google Analytics), user experience principles, and A/B testing methodologies.
• Demonstrated ability in leveraging analytics to drive successful business outcomes.
• Exceptional leadership qualities, with the ability to inspire, motivate, and drive a team towards excellence.
• Strategic thinker with a knack for identifying opportunities for growth and efficiency.

Salary Range: $­­130,500 to $151,000 annually bonus eligibility. This is the expected salary range for this position. Ultimately, in determining pay, we'll consider the successful candidate’s location, experience, and other job-related factors.
