  • XTGlobal is searching for talented and energetic Business Development Manager. This is an exciting opportunity from a rapidly growing company to work side-by-side with the Delivery Services Management Team to expand market share for our IT Services.
  • The Business Development Manager will be primarily responsible for developing new sales leads, understanding customer needs, and closing the sale.

Responsibilities:

  • Demonstrate leadership in developing new business, and building strategic, long-term, and high-value engagements.
  • Building lasting relationships with client executives (CxO, VP levels)
  • Build a pipeline of strategic accounts to meet the Quota targets.
  • Develop account plans to maximize the value of the accounts for year over year revenue growth.
  • Actively prospect and develop sales leads from various channels.
  • Understanding of the Technologies & Services offered by XTGlobal.
  • Previous experience selling SaaS solutions and/or Services both onshore and offshore Cloud Services/ Testing/Managed Services/Oracle, Microsoft, UI Path, and more.
  • Manage complex sales engagements Identifying key decision-makers and build effective relationships.
  • Work with Delivery partners and Client Partners to create the response for RFPs through collaborative engagement.
  • Experience in growing multi-million-dollar customer relationships.
  • Ability to understand client strategy, political/competitive landscape, and budget priorities.
  • Manage and update CRM records.

Qualifications Required:

  • Bachelor's degree; or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Minimum of 3-5 years Sales experience.
  • Minimum of 2 years SaaS Solution/ IT Services Sales onshore and offshore.
  • Track record of over-achieving quota.
  • Hunter Mentality
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
