Job Description:

· Own of your Hut's daily operations including scheduling, ordering, and development of team members

· Prepare team to always be ready to serve guest including providing a consistent guest experience with hot, fresh product according to quality standards and a clean restaurant

· Maintain cleanliness standards ensuring to team is always ready to serve our guests

· Manage P&L by reviewing financial reports, managing labor, inventory and cash control, and taking proactive steps to drive business results

· Lead recruitment, training, and onboarding of new team members to ensure future success

· Engage team to maintain growth mindset through performance management and recognition

· Inspire the overall positive and collaborative family environment

· Partner with Restaurant General Managers and Area Leaders to grow and move the business forward

Must Have Success Factors:

What[WK2] [MA3] are we looking for? The good news is your training will teach you everything you need to know about pizza to be successful in your role—all while earning college credit. However, there are a few requirements we need from the get-go:

· At least 18 years of age

· Valid driver’s license with reliable transportation

· Exceptional communication skills to interact with guests and team members

· Proven record of coaching and mentoring team to produce high-standard results in customer service, food quality and cleanliness

· Desire and ability to work and make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment

· Available to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed

[MA3]This is a hard one, and a convo you and I have been having for a while. For an RGM, I would want to see experience with specific things. I can train you on pizza. But if you do not have a record of leadership, we would want to see you be an AGM first to provide that foundation. For this position, the training piece is I do not expect you to walk in day one knowing how to make a pizza. I do expect you to know what it is like to lead a restaurant to be hired in as a RGM day 1.

Pay: $38,877.11 - $48,862.76 per year
