D365 Technical Program Manager
Seattle, WA (W2 Contract, In-Office 3 Days/Week)

The impact you will have:
As a technical, relationship driven and customer focused professional, you will help us continue providing our clients with the quality of work that they have come to know us by.

Our client is embarking on a Sales Ecosystem Transformation Project and is in search of a Technical Program Manager. The engagement will be from ASAP through November 2024. While they are currently leveraging the Dynamics CRM platform, they are rebuilding a new environment to address technical debt and enable more modern features/functions in line with their business needs. The scope of the project is initially focused on Ticket Sales, but will also include enabling use for Event Sales, Marketing, and Corporate Sponsorships. The client is partnering with Microsoft Consulting Services as their SI, but need to round out their internal team with a super-strong Program Manager.

Following are some of the expectations of the role:

  • Strong planning skills – working with/across the SI and internal Business and Technology Teams, along with 3rd party organizations, to develop and groom a project plan that is always current, and visible to the project team and executives. Understands this is not just an ‘administrative’ deliverable, but a map that is getting all parties from point A to B to C, inclusive of the roadblocks experienced along the way. Familiar with ADO for project tracking.

  • Strong communication and facilitation skills – working with/across internal and external team members and stakeholders, can keep tabs on both technical and functional workstreams and bring the right people together at the right time and in the right forum to ensure transparency and smooth sailing; Able to succinctly identify risks and issues, analyze solution options, and make recommendations; familiar with RACI model for decision-making and applies judiciously to keep all parties engaged and on track.

  • Strong SDLC knowledge - experience with both waterfall and agile delivery methods and able to train team members on the what and why along the way; Able to seamlessly move between business and technical language as needed for different audiences.

  • Experience delivering projects alongside Microsoft Consulting Services.

  • Experience delivering Microsoft CRM solutions.

Compensation, Diversity and Benefit Information:
The pay range for this position in Washington is $50 - $65/hr.; however, base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, candidate location, and experience.
