```Job Summary```
We are seeking an experienced Alarm Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have mechanical knowledge and a background as a service technician. As an Alarm Technician, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing alarm systems for residential and commercial clients. This is a great opportunity for someone with low voltage experience and a passion for providing exceptional customer service.

```Duties```
- Install, program, and test alarm systems according to client specifications
- Conduct routine maintenance and inspections of alarm systems
- Troubleshoot and repair any issues with alarm systems
- Provide technical support to customers regarding alarm system operation
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and customer satisfaction
- Keep accurate records of all work performed

```Skills```
To be successful in this role, you should possess the following skills:
- Mechanical knowledge and aptitude
- Experience as a service technician or in a similar role
- Proficiency in working with low voltage systems
- Ability to read and interpret schematics and blueprints
- Knowledge of NEC (National Electrical Code) regulations
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Familiarity with system design principles
- Experience in alarm system sales is a plus
- Proficiency in using hand tools
