Class A drivers home every single weekend, 100% no touch and no assist and rider and pet from day one (if are training that is after you finish training).

• Drivers are home every weekend either Friday and load out Sunday or Saturday and load out Monday-while making $1200-$1500/WK

• Drivers will average 1800-2300 miles per week with starting pay of .56-.64. Drivers also earn 15 per stop although only 3-4 per week. This is 100% no touch and 50% drop n hook

• Drivers will run the Midwest and are paid all miles loaded and empty

• Rider (12 and older) and dog (40LBS or less) allowed from day one for experienced drivers for trainees must complete training first and then can have dog and rider

• Trainees are paid $800/WK regardless of how many miles you run. Note if you are a recent grad and you need training you may run OTR for training due to lack of trainers. Whether there is a trainer on this account will not be known until orientation so recent grads should understand OTR for training is a distinct possibility. As soon as training is over driver will be put on this account if running OTR

• Offer virtual orientation so drivers can actually be on the road within one day

• Most trucks are freightliner Cascadia's and all are two years and newer

Requirements

• Drivers must live within 500 miles of Chicago

• Drivers can take the truck home with them

• Drivers must have a valid Class A – whether you are a recent graduate or experienced driver (please note if you had to think about this question, you do not have a Class A)

• No more than one DOT recordable in the last two years as long as the damage was $1700 or less

• If damage $25K or there is an injury the DQ is 5 years – but this policy is great for drivers who only have had to be towed.

• No more than two incidents in the last 2 years as long as damage was less than $1750

• Cannot be terminated from last job for safety

• Will not take any failed or refused DOT drug or alcohol tests and cannot have a DUI in personal vehicle in the last five years. Never in a CMV
