Class A drivers, including recent graduates, run dedicated route Thursday – Monday with 100% no touch freight.

Drivers make $200/Day (generally five day work week) - $1000/Wk with training lasting about 6 weeks

Experienced drivers run regional and local and are generally out on the road 2 nights per week

• Regional drivers run IL, WI, MI and IN with starting pay of .54CPM on 2500-2700MPW. Regional runs are any runs longer than 200 miles. Stop pay is $20/Stop

• Local runs are less than 200 miles and pay .645CPM and pay $30/stop.

• Additionally, drivers are paid $100/WK bump salary pay as long as show up for work all days and run all hours

• Deliveries are to suburbs of Chicago (there is absolutely no city of Chicago deliveries), WI, MI (No UP) and IN.

• Full benefits kick in after 30 days except PTO

• PTO drivers get 7 full PTO days during first year and 10 days after first anniversary

• Drivers should expect to be in the truck overnight 2 nights per week

• Once drivers start and gain tenure there are multiple schedules available – everyone starts on this schedule but could change ASAP

• This account has lowest turnover in entire fleet last five year running

MUST LIVE WITHIN 50 MILES OF LANSING AND HAVE TRANSPORTATION TO AND FROM FACILITY AS TRUCK STAYS AT FACILITY

Recent Graduates will earn $200/Day - $1000/WK during training which will last about 6 weeks. After training drivers will bump to the base rate listed above. You MUST have your CDL from an accredited truck driving school and live within 50 miles of Lansing

Experienced drivers must meet one of the following.

• 3 Months verifiable Class A experience in the last 6 months OR

• 6 months verifiable Class A experience in the last 36 months OR

• 12 months verifiable Class A experience in the last five years

NOTE EXPERIENCE WITH TRAINER WILL COUNT IF DRIVER WAS DRIVING AS A TEAM DURING TRAINING PERIOD.

Requirements:

• No more than 3 moving violations or incidents in the last three years’

• No major preventable accidents in the last 3 years (major accident defined as over $25K in damage) with no more than one highway accident during those three year

• Can not have reckless/careless, rear end or rollover in last three years

No job hoppers (no more than 6 jobs in last 3 years) and can never have failed a DOT Drug or Alcohol test
