Class A drivers – including recent grads – dedicated Flatbed – no flatbed experience required – will train securement and will train recent grads

• Starting pay is $.70CPM with average weekly pay of $1600-$1800/WK depending on experience

• For drivers with 3 months verifiable experience will pay $4K Sign On bonus with $500 after first dispatch, $250 every week for weeks 1-12 and $500 on 13th week

• Will run Midwest, dedicated to one account

• Drivers run Sunday – Friday so home Friday night and go back out Sunday

• May have a rider and dog after training – if recent grad must complete your time with trainer before can have rider or dog

• NOTE: ALL RECENT GRADS WILL RUN OTR PRIOR TO RUNNING THIS ACCOUNT.

• Full benefits (Medical, Dental, PTO, etc) will start after 30 days of employment

• Do not need flatbed experience will train for flatbed securement

Requirements:

• Must be 21 with Valid Class A CDL

• Accidents:

• No DOT Preventable accidents with damage greater than $1750 in the last 2 years

• No major accident with cost of $2500 in damage or claims

• ANY DOT preventable accident in the last 5 years is an auto

• No more than 2 preventable incidents in the last 2 years (again damage less than $1750)

• Cannot have been terminated from last job due to safety concerns

• NO DUI in the last 5 years in commercial vehicle and may never have failed a DOT or refused a drug alcohol
