Job Summary :

We are seeking a passionate and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Experience Advisor. As the face of our brand, you will play a crucial role in ensuring every customer interaction is positive and memorable.

Responsibility Overview :

  • Welcome and assist customers in-store, over the phone, and via email, providing expert guidance on our products and services
  • Collaborate with customers to understand their needs and preferences, offering tailored recommendations and design solutions
  • Manage orders from inception to completion, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in delivery
  • Collect feedback from customers to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to enhance the overall customer experience
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting store environment

Skills we are looking for :

  • Previous experience in customer service or retail, preferably in a printing or signage environment
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to engage with customers effectively both in person and digitally
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to addressing customer needs
  • Detail-oriented with a commitment to delivering high-quality work
  • Proficiency in using computer software and systems for order management and design (experience with Adobe Creative Suite is a plus)
  • Enthusiasm for learning and adapting to new technologies and industry trends

Skills desired, but not required :

  • Previous experience in business to business
  • Printing and signage experience
  • Understanding of direct mail and automated marketing
  • Experience with PrintSmith or PrintersPlan
