Fast Growing Multifamily property management with track record of success is seeking a highly motivated Maintenance Technician to join our maintenance team at a Large 500 plus community in Orlando. Must have a great work ethic and attention to detail and be experienced in property maintenance. Responsibilities Include: Customer Service All facets of apartment make-ready & maintenance Grounds maintenance Trouble-shooting HVAC Completing service requestsRequirements: HVAC certification *REQUIRED Prior apartment make-ready & work-order experience Light carpentry, plumbing & electrical skills Willingness to respond quickly to emergencies Own tools & have own transportation Strong communication skills
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
