We are a medium sized condo-resort that consistently receives a 5 star rating from its industry colleagues and guests. We are currently looking to fill the position of Maintenance/Engineering. This is a very fast paced and demanding position as we maintain every unit upon departure, respond to all guest calls and do regularly scheduled preventative maintenance projects. Hours and work days must be flexible based on demand including holidays and weekends. The ideal candidate should be proficient in: * carpentry * drywall repair * painting * basic plumbing * basic electrical fixtures * minor appliance repair * basic furniture repair * driver laundry truck EPA certification and basic HVAC knowledge is also a big plus. You will need to be able to speak, read and write English. Bi-lingual candidates are encouraged but not required. Basic computer literacy is a must. You will be required to maintain a high level of customer service and be self sufficient once daily instructions are given. You will need to have your own basic tool set and reliable transportation to and from work. At work you will drive a company van or truck and therefore will need a valid driver's license and moderate driving record.
