Pinnacle Logistics is a leading provider of surface transportation, supply chain management, and related logistics services. We manage the shipments to and from over 40 freight terminals every day. Shift: PT Dock 2am-8am (Monday Night through Friday Night)

Pay Rate: $19.00/hr

Key Responsibilities

• Loading & Unloading of Cargo - on and off trucks & aircraft.
• Must have Forklift experience.
• Transporting of Cargo - between Freighter and Passenger stands where required.
• Physical Handling - of cargo warehousing and ramp activities, including receiving, dispatching, and staging airfreight, mail.
• Training– learning and development with cross utilizing best practices are making sure that customer’s – staff’s objectives are met.
• Customer Relations- Ability to respond to common inquiries or complaints from customers, regulatory agencies, or members of the business community.
• Internal relations– ensure statutory the company, client policies and SOP’s adhere
• Ensure all statutory and company polices are complied with, conduct, and assist with any investigation or claims that are brought to the attention of the business.
• Health, Safety & Security– ensure compliance with occupational health & safety and TSA legislation and company policy. Develop and maintain positive health, and safety culture focused on awareness and vigilance
• Mandatory Overtime- During busy periods, Pinnacle may require employees to work extended hours. Overtime is considered a condition of employment, and refusal to accept it when reasonable notice has been given is cause for discipline, up to and including termination.
