Pinnacle Hotel Management is Hiring a Banquet server on call Near Lake, FL
OVERALL RESPONSIBILITIES :
Provide excellent service to our guests in all types of banquet and catering functions, including setting and clearing of dining tables and buffets.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum lifting of 50lbs.
- Minimum one (1) year of banquet serving and bartending required.
- Ability to verbally communicate effectively with guests and co-workers.
- Pushing, pulling, bending, stooping, upward reaching.
- Prolonged periods of standing and / or walking.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS :
- Practice Basics of Brilliant Hosting at all times
- Minimum one (1) year banquet serving and bartending required.
- Set tables in assigned area according to BEO requirements.
- Serve meals, coffee breaks, receptions, other special functions, as assigned.
- Inform guests about the menu, ingredients and cooking methods for the items served.
- Keep all workstations clean during service.
- Clean all glassware, condiments, silverware and inspect china for imperfections.
- Assist in set-up / break down of tables and equipment. Complete all assigned side work.
- Each associate is expected to complete, within their ability, all reasonable requests by management
