Training Developer - Senior Instructional Designer
Plano TX, Richmond VA or McLean VA- onsite 3 days per week.
Contractor may live in Richmond McLean or Plano Hybrid schedule: * Onsite work required 2-3 days per week each week on Tuesday Wednesday or Thursday.
$45/hr w2 benefits

Project Description: * Various Instructional Design and Development work supporting Line of Business projects and Learning Development projects as needed * Creating a mix between e-learning and ILT instructor led training * Range from Technical Skills to human skills Skills: * ADDIE- all phases of design and development of learning programs and materials. * Articulate 360 Camtasia Vyond Google Slack/hangouts. * Learning consulting with LD partners and internal client groups. * Learning measurement and evaluation. * Data analysis organization and interpretation via google sheets. * Rapid learning design. * Ability to construct a sound design story/business case/recommendations and influence internal clients. It won't be specific to one project but will be design work for both technical/job skills like systems and process training as well as soft skills training for people leaders. Any modality instructor-led eLearning etc.

Pay Range: $40- $45/hr W2 The specific compensation for this position will be determined by a number of factors, including the scope, complexity and location of the role as well as the cost of labor in the market; the skills, education, training, credentials and experience of the candidate; and other conditions of employment.
