Position

The General Manager will oversee all salon functionality from sales to operations.

Responsibilities

Manage all the human resource processes, including the recruitment and selection process, supervise staff schedule, etc.

Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance

Support current and future business needs through staff development, engagement, motivation. Escalate to the higher level of management for any HR matters if needed.

Proficiency in management software and POS to include salon reports, attendance reports, etc.

Independently make decisions related to high level customer service

Maintain cleanliness and organization of the salon

Strategically manage marketing campaigns to generate leads for the salon

Any other duties as assigned

Requirements

3 years of proven working experience in customer service industry preferred

Confident in generating sales and managing staff

Previous management or supervisory experience required

Must be fluent in English and Vietnamese, and have excellent communication, writing and interpersonal skills in person and over the phone

Ability to excel in a fast changing, diverse environment

Must be solution-based and results oriented, competitive spirit

Ability to recognize areas of improvement and make changes using good judgement

Highly organized, proficient in data management, ability to prioritize and meet deadlines

Professional, punctual, reliable and neat and organized

Strong attention to detail and accuracy

Trustworthy and ability to handle confidential information

Ability to work harmoniously with co-workers, clients and the general public

Proficiency with computer and Microsoft Office software

Bachelor’s Degree required

Ability to work a flexible schedule with nights and weekend availability

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $110,000.00 per year
