Job Qualifications :
- Minimum of two years' managerial experience in a fast-casual restaurant from a major chain; one year as a General Manager is essential
- Comprehensive understanding of all management aspects within the restaurant industry
- Proficient in English, both written and verbal, with the ability to clearly communicate operational concerns (Bi-lingual Spanish is a plus)
- Proficiency in basic mathematical principles and practices for financial paperwork
- Possession of a valid drivers license and automobile insurance; must have reliable transportation and be open to assignments anywhere within the district
