Job Summary:
The warehouse associate will work in all departments- inbound/receiving, driving, customer success, order picker/warehouse, and produce.

Duties/Responsibilities:
As a driver, responsible for delivering orders to Pinemelon.com customers in a safe and efficient manner while practicing exceptional customer service.
As a customer success advisor, responsible for interacting with the company’s customers by addressing inquiries and resolving complaints, with a focus on providing a high level of proactive, professional, solution-oriented customer support.
As a stocking associate, responsible to help receive and maintain the organization’s inventory and supplying necessary items while maintaining accurate records of all procurements. Will also fulfill and process orders, accept incoming shipments, and oversee the general organization of the warehouse.
As a personal shopper, responsible to retrieve stock to fill customer orders with special attention to food safety standards and quality and transport orders to the shipping area to ensure timely deliveries.
As a produce stocker, responsible to perform routine tasks to unload, stock, sanitize, cut, and prepare produce products in a way that is upholding the highest food safety standards to ensure quality product for our end customers
• Performs other related duties as assigned.
Required Skills/Abilities:
• Excellent communication skills including active listening.
• Service-oriented and able to resolve customer grievances.
• Proficient computer skills with the ability to learn new software.
• Knowledge of, or ability to learn multiple departments
•Basic understanding of or the ability to learn basic sanitation and regulations for workplace safety.
•Basic understanding of or the ability to learn food handling techniques, preparation, and cooking procedures.
•Ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment.
•Ability to work quickly and efficiently.
•Ability to work well as part of a team.
•Ability to maintain personal hygiene.
•Ability to follow safety rules and guidelines throughout the kitchen and restaurant.
Preferred Education and Experience:
• High school diploma preferred
Food Handler and/or forklift certification preferred
• Previous hospitality or retail experience preferred
Physical Requirements:
• Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds at times.
• Prolonged periods of bending, walking, standing, and lifting
Exposure to variable temperatures such as cold present in a refrigerated environment.
