HOW YOU’LL MAKE AN IMPACT

• Performs accurate pulls and puts product away.
• Inspects product for damages and notes on receiving paperwork.
• Fulfill order by pricing, packing, sealing, labeling, and affixing postage to prepared orders for shipping, and prepare documents for shipping (Packing slips)
• You will be responsible for the on-going maintenance of physical inventories.
• Enter proper information into the database to ensure proper inventory updates.
• Prepares assembled products for shipment to customers.
• Update log on nonconforming materials.
• Operate required machines to fulfill customer requirements/orders.
• Operates all equipment in a safe manner and uses safe working habits.
• Maintain organization of the warehouse by promptly shelving items in a logical manner, that way products are easily located.
• Operates Forklift, and other lifting devices.
• Maintain and request needs shipping supplies to ensure that product is not delayed in shipping out.
• Preserve relationships with shipping/carrier representatives to ensure lasting relationships, so that we get timely shipping arrangements, and to rectify any issue such as damaged or missing shipments.
• Clean, stages and tags product for outgoing orders.
• Maintains a safe work area by sweeping, dusting, and removing (picking up) waste material.
• Verifies and signs for deliveries at the receiving dock.
• May assist in training new employees.
• Fully complies with the company’s safety instructions and procedures, including timely reporting of any accidents, injuries or incidents involving physical injury or illness.

WE ARE LOOKING FOR

• High School Diploma preferred.
• Previous warehouse experience with shipping and receiving preferred.
• Basic computer knowledge.
• Excellent communication skills both oral and written.
• Forklift training and certification, or ability to obtain one.
• Knowledge of how to use a hand cart, pallet jack, and other warehouse equipment/tools.
• Positive, confident, and motivated attitude with the desire to work in a fast-pace, energetic team environment.
• Fully complies with the company’s safety instructions and procedures, including timely reporting of any accidents, injuries or incidents involving physical injury or illness.
• Maintain a safe, orderly, and clean workspace.
