- Picking and packing customer orders according to pick tickets and brand-specific packaging requirements
- Verifying the accuracy of orders before placing items into shipping boxes
- Selecting appropriate packaging materials based on brand guidelines
- Maintaining a clean, tidy, and well-organized work area
- Collaborating with team members and working independently to complete tasks and achieve goals
- Interacting with other departments to ensure smooth order processing
- Responding promptly to RUSH orders and prioritizing tasks accordingly
- Utilizing handheld mobile devices and locating warehouse product/location placards
- Ability to lift up to 40lbs and stand for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and capable of multitasking
- Team-oriented with strong collaboration skills
- Previous experience in a warehouse or order fulfillment role preferred
