JENNIFER FISHER is seeking an enthusiastic Fulfillment and Operations Associate to join our dynamic and fast-growing company. The Fulfillment & Operations Associate's primary responsibility will be managing the packaging and shipping of orders in a timely manner and meeting brand guidelines.
Duties and responsibilities
As an integral part of the Jennifer Fisher Fulfillment and Operations team, the Associate will be responsible for but not limited to:
- Manage entire shipping process
- Conduct quality check of product prior to shipping
- Ensure all packages are shipped accurately and within the stipulated time frame
- Process returns
- Accept inventory transfers to warehouse, prepare transfers of inventory and supplies to stores
- Assist with inventory cycle counts
- Communicate cross-departmentally to ensure quality standards are being met
- Place orders for supplies
- Answer sales team questions about available items in stock
- Support in processing repairs and communicating with sales team regarding customer service-related issues
- Assist in maintaining overall cleanliness and safety standards in the fulfillment area
- Perform other assigned miscellaneous inventory (i.e., audits, trouble shoot discrepancies) and general tasks
Our ideal candidate
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree preferred
- Experience in Shopify and/or Netsuite preferred
- Meticulous with an eye on quality and consistency
- Exceptional time management skills and ability to multi-task
- Strong attention to details and organizational skills
- Excellent verbal communicator
- Demonstrates strong interpersonal skills
- Exhibits familiarity with the range of our products
- Collaborates well with a team
- Possess a positive, self-starter attitude
- Works well under pressure
Working conditions
- In-office full time position with working schedule of day
- Possible weekends and holidays as business needs require
Physical requirements
- Lifting, unpacking, and packing boxes
- Prolonged periods of standing and bending
- Manual work
Salary range
$21 - $25 per hour
