Position Overview
We are seeking a passionate full-time Operations Associate to join our team. As an Operations Associate, you will play a key role in supporting the day-to-day operations at our Campus. The ideal candidate for this position is analytical, resourceful, organized, and driven by achieving results.
What you'll do:

• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate and communicate cross-functionally with Admissions, Product, Academics, and Student Success
• Data Management: Perform data entry tasks with accuracy & attention to detail, and provide support in maintaining and analyzing our data
• Systems & Tools Management: Support the day-to-day operations and build-out of Zendesk, Campuswire, and our CRM platforms.
• Office Expansion: Assist in opening up a new office, including sourcing locations and supporting the launch of the new office
• Policy and Process Development: Aid in the development and implementation of internal policies and procedures, ensuring compliance and operational consistency across the organization
• New Hire Onboarding: Support the onboarding of new employees, ensuring they receive a welcome box and necessary technology
• Document and Resource Management: Ensure that our library of internal documents, dashboards, and policies is up to date and easily accessible

About you:
You'll fit right in on the Campus Ops team if you are/have:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
• 1-3 years of experience in a business role, such as operations, strategy, consulting, or finance is preferred
• A generalist who can quickly shift mindsets to support many aspects of the business
• High attention to detail and possess the ability to nail the nuances and see the bigger picture
• Willingness to dive in to problem areas to help come up with solutions

• New York | Hybrid onsite Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday
