How We Measure Results
Support the operations team to inspect products and quality control of orders to ensure quality standards are maintained.
Support the photography department with their demands
Support the authentication team when is needed to
Helping to control the quality of the inventory, and to categorize inventory in the database.
Basic data entry and computer skills
Using in-house software, providing precise, accurate information for records.
Meeting immediate goals, deadlines, standards, and expectations
Take on additional duties as assigned by leadership
Strong attention to detail
What We Expect You to Bring To The Table
"Hands-on" attitude; hard-working, can work in a fast-paced environment
Ability to communicate proficiently
Positive, high energy, team-spirited
Detail-oriented and accurate; ability to learn new platforms
Knowledge of Google Suite, Zendesk, and Shopify is a plus
Previous experience in Retail Operations or as Stock Associate
Previous experience in fulfillment/shipment is preferred but not required
Previous experience in eCommerce is ideal and retail experience is useful
Ability to lift a maximum of 50 lbs based on the needs of the role
Must operate with a sense of urgency, and have attention to detail
Proof of COVID-19 vaccination is required for employment
