Job Description

Pay Rate : $18 / hour

Saturday and Sunday only

• Performing light maintenance, including repair and maintenance to hanging hardware and other light duty task as assigned
• Perform inspections, including all daily inspections required by the organization as well as local, state and federal agencies.
• Perform South Coast Air Quality Management District inspections at assigned sites per day.
• Respond to emergencies, such as power outages, spills, etc.
• Complete all required paperwork.
• Model behaviors that support the company’s common purpose; ensure guests and team members are supported at the highest level.
• Ensure all activities are in compliance with rules, regulations, policies, and procedures.
• Complete other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent certificate required
• Ability to work with minimal supervision.
• Knowledge of proper use of cleaning equipment and supplies
• Reliable transportation
