Job Description

The Analyst II will perform data analytics to assist the Connect team in maximizing key performance metrics and assist with making data-backed decisions for Pilot Flying J.

Essential Functions

1. Analyze all available Pilot or Pilot owned guest data to identify areas to increase engagement and drive key performance metrics
2. Support senior leadership by evaluating Pilot and Connect performance vs expectations
3. Share results of analysis with Connect team to disseminate a broader understanding of company performance and market situations
4. Assist in the problem solving and rollout of solutions with broader Connect team to capitalize on opportunities
5. Forecast future performance of overall business and Connect team initiatives based on available data
6. Collaborate with various business partners including Sales, Merchandising, Pricing, and Digital through reports and dashboards
7. Assist with building of tools and dashboards to be used for regular analysis by the broader Connect team
8. Model behaviors that support the company’s common purpose; ensure guests and team members are supported at the highest level
9. Ensure all activities are in compliance with rules, regulations, policies, and procedures

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent certificate required
• Bachelor's or Associate degree in mathematics, economics, computer science, science or engineering fields required
• Minimum 1 years' experience in data analytics or related industries required
