Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and customer-oriented Sales Associate to join our team. As a Sales Associate, you will play a key role in providing exceptional service to our customers and driving sales. If you have excellent communication skills, a passion for sales, and enjoy working in a fast-paced retail environment, we would love to hear from you.

Duties:

- Greet customers and assist them in finding the right products

- Provide product information and answer any questions or concerns

- Demonstrate product features and benefits to customers

- Assist with inventory management, including restocking shelves and organizing merchandise

- Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently

- Meet or exceed sales goals on a regular basis

- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor

Experience:

- Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred

- Knowledge of wireless technology sales is a plus

- Basic math skills for processing transactions

- Strong organizational skills to manage inventory and keep the sales floor tidy

- Excellent customer service skills to ensure customer satisfaction

- Bilingual abilities, especially Spanish, are highly desirable but not a necessity
