Primary duties and responsibilities include:

• Adhering to company guidelines for quality control
• Packaging products in downtime
• Daily operation of pre-roll production machine
• Identifying and troubleshooting equipment issues when they arise
• Recording production quantity daily, fulfilling production requirements

Ability to:

• Lift up to 100 lbs
• Attention to detail
• Sit and/or stand for long periods of time
• Identify and execute quality control standards
• Maintain tidy workstation
• Work in a fast paced production environment
• Work as a team
• Good communication with all members of the team
• Ability to commute for training activities

Requirements:

• Current OLCC Marijuana Worker Permit
• 2 references
• At least 2 years in production environment
• Cannabis knowledge/experience (Preffered)
• Reliable Transportation
