Tea Line Production Specialist

Summary: Assembles the right raw ingredients for Blending. Must read material labels carefully. Weighs and dumps products for Blending. Monitors the performance of all of the plant machinery. Maintains and organizes workspace. Cleans machinery as directed. Other tasks as assigned by supervisors and management.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Work in a fast-paced environment
• Work efficiently while maintaining high-quality work
• Work shifts, overtime, and weekend work
• Meet deadlines
• Work efficiently with minimal supervision
• Work on concrete floors for 8 hours
• Lift 25kg bags or barrels shoulder high
• Tolerate high temperatures in the production room
• Assemble the raw ingredients for a blend
• Follow specific instructions regarding recipes for blends
• Assist in the loading of raw materials to the production machinery
• Exceptional attention to detail, especially in the identification of defects in the finished product
• Fill out the paperwork for each batch
• Complete quality assurance for materials and product inventory in the warehouse

Requirements

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
