Pierce RV Supercenter of Great Falls, a family-owned business with a rich history of almost 100 years in Montana, is seeking a dedicated Parts Associate to join our team. In this role, you will be first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service both in-person and over the phone. While previous parts experience is beneficial, we are committed to training the right candidate who demonstrates a can-do attitude and excellent communication skills. As a valued member of our team, you will play a crucial role in maintaining our parts inventory, ensuring customer satisfaction, and contributing to our ongoing success.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers in a professional and friendly manner, both in-person and over the phone.
• Maintain accurate records of all parts and accessories, including current pricing and order status.
• Ensure all special orders are completed and customers are promptly notified.
• Coordinate with other departments for the installation of accessories.
• Manage parts inventory and maintain the cleanliness and organization of the parts store.
• Fill propane for company and customer vehicles.
