Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the team to sell new and used RV’s, ensuring a top-notch customer experience.
- Follow a structured sales process to match customers with the perfect RV for their needs.
- Conduct effective demonstrations of units, leveraging your knowledge of each product being sold.
- Close sales effectively by working closely with the F&I Department.
- Track, document, and monitor all sales activities diligently.
- Participate in RV shows and sales events to promote our products.
Qualifications
- High integrity and a professional attitude.
- Coachable and a team player.
- Previous customer service experience.
- Computer literacy, with the ability to perform basic daily activities on a computer.
- Flexibility to work varying hours, including weekends.
