Support the strategy and governance roadmaps for development of CJA (Customer Journey Analytics) in the Adobe Experience Platform
Lead discovery sessions with journey analytical teams to design Adobe CJA data view configurations, filter and metric definitions, and dashboard requirements
Create and maintain CJA data view configurations, and filter and metric definitions
Support enforcement of governance related to maintaining data source quality and AEP component definitions leveraged in CJA
Provide platform best practices and POC dashboards for journey analytics teams
Create and maintain dashboards reporting campaign platform performance
Maintain documentation on operational processes, workflows, and training
Maintain strong connectivity with the Digital Technology, Enterprise Data & Analytics development teams, as well as the Customer analytic teams (on-site)
Recommend requirements to maintain and enhance the platform
