Responsibilities:

- Provide excellent customer service by taking orders, preparing and serving beverages to guests
- Create a welcoming and friendly atmosphere for customers
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area
- Check identification of customers to verify age requirements for alcohol consumption
- Upsell and promote drink specials and menu items
- Handle cash transactions and operate the POS system accurately
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations
- Collaborate with other staff members to ensure smooth operations

Skills:

- Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage and interact with guests
- Sales skills to promote menu items and upsell to increase revenue
- Hospitality skills to create a welcoming environment for customers
- Time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Retail math skills to calculate bills, handle cash, and provide accurate change
- Banquet experience is a plus for handling large events or parties
- Knowledge of food handling safety regulations
- Experience with Aloha POS system is preferred but not required
- Basic math skills for calculating drink recipes, discounts, and tips
