Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated Clinical Director to oversee our healthcare facility's clinical operations. The Clinical Director will be responsible for ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care and implementing effective clinical programs.

We are seeking a clinical Director that is credentialled with insurances such as AHCCCS, Blue cross blue shield, mercy care, Health choice, Aetna.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement clinical policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory standards
- Provide leadership and guidance to clinical staff to optimize patient care outcomes
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop individualized treatment plans
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of clinical programs and services
- Conduct regular assessments of staff performance and provide ongoing training and development opportunities
- Oversee medication administration protocols and ensure adherence to HIPAA regulations

Experience:
- Strong background in medical terminology and healthcare practices
- Proficiency in behavior management techniques
- Experience in addiction counseling and applied behavior analysis
- Knowledge of PTSD care and social work principles
- Ability to administer medications following established protocols
- Familiarity with working with individuals with developmental disabilities

Pay: $64,466.52 - $120,000.00 per year
