YOUR TOP RESPONSIBILITIES 

• You will manage the RAP, Case Management, and Solutions staff, including providing training, onboarding new staff, monitoring performance, and promoting a positive collaborative culture.
• You will collaborate with the Campus Director to ensure Case Management services are compliant and provide consistent evaluations on procedures, resources, training of staff to maintain best practices.
• You will provide supervisory oversight of financial compliance and PRM Finance requirements for all financial client services or fees relating to Case Management and Solutions.
• You will partner with the Counseling Team and other departments to provide collaborative consultation on ensuring cohesive client case management services.
• You will maintain, prepare and deliver all required records for review by the Campus Director or as requested by other PRM departments.
• You will lead or participate in devotions, prayers, or other organization activities that promote a credible Christian witness and lifestyle.

Requirements

WHAT YOU SHOULD HAVE 

• You have a bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university in Social Work or related Human Services field OR a combination of education and experience
• You have a minimum of 2 years’ experience in case management activities and program coordination
• You have a experience in supervisory, management, or leadership
• You have a master’s degree from an accredited college or university in Social Work or related Human Services field (preferred)
• Experience working with the homeless/substance abuse/mental health and co-occurring disordered population preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with client tracking software, billing, and reporting
• You have a solid and credible Christian witness and lifestyle that exemplifies Christ in character and actions.
