Job Overview:
We're on the lookout for a vibrant Sales Consultant to bolster our team. If you're someone who lives and breathes sales, boasts top-notch communication skills, and thrives in a fast-paced atmosphere, you might just be the perfect fit. This role entails selling home improvement services, such as replacement windows, siding, and entry doors, directly to homeowners in their residences.
Responsibilities:
- Craft and execute winning sales strategies to boost revenue
- Attend pre-scheduled sales appointments provided by the company
- Scout and pursue new business prospects through referrals and canvassing efforts
- Skillfully negotiate contracts and seal deals with homeowners
- Employ CRM software to manage and track leads and opportunities
- Collaborate with the production team to ensure homeowners receive stellar installations
- Deliver compelling technical sales presentations to highlight product features
- Above all, excel in closing deals!
- Benefit from company-provided leads and scheduling, with additional commissions for self-generated leads.
Experience:
- A proven track record in in-home sales is a non-negotiable.
- Proficiency in in-home sales strategies and closing techniques is essential.
- Familiarity with technical sales concepts is a plus.
- Demonstrated success in closing sales is highly valued.
